Working in the Executive Production department since 2015 and specialized in Project Management at FGV, Adriana Gaspar has worked at major production companies, such as O2 Filmes. Since 2017, she has been working for Boutique Filmes. Adriana has joined the production company as an Executive Production Assistant, aiming to be even more specialized in this area. In 2019, she took over the role of Development and Business Producer, where she stayed until 2021. Motivated and passionate about challenges, it was in this brief change of fields that she discovered her fascination by creation, development and implementation of non-fiction content. She is currently the Executive Producer of the non-fiction department at Boutique Filmes and her recent highlights are her performance as an Executive Production Coordinator on Netflix’s first Brazilian true crime “Elize Matsunaga: Era Uma Vez Um Crime (Once upon a Crime)” (2021) and as an Executive Producer on the documentary for HBO Max “PCC: Poder Secreto” (2022). She is passionate about sports and very dedicated to this other passion.
