Raquel Gusson has been working for Boutique Filmes since 2017, where she started as an intern. Then she became an executive production assistant and now holds the position of Development and Business Producer. She has a degree in Audiovisual Production.  Her expertise in screenwriting at the Sundance Collab made her be selected twice for a scholarship-, and she is now studying for getting an MBA in Project Management at USP/Esalq. Passionate about telling stories and designing business strategies for the audiovisual industry, she works in the creative area of project curation at Boutique Filmes. She also looks for new business partners and the best business models for the company’s projects. Innovation, good planning and creativity are essential to what she seeks for the projects she coordinates.
