Is the sequence of Zu’s Zoo, a live-action production from the Discovery Kids’ Boutique Filmes, that has three successful seasons and was nominated for the Emmy Awards twice.

Zu grew up and started working in a sanctuary for the Brazilian jaguar in the Pantanal region, but aunt Mimi, uncle Passarinho and Mr Gelado stayed in the zoo, which today is known for its research and preservation. Mundo Curiozoo’s zoo is a place for those who love animals and nature: many species live in harmony among humans that visit and work there. But this oasis in the city is at risk of extinction after being bought by a businessman who only cares about profit.

Sanderson and Iza, Gregório’s children, a powerful businessman that approaches the zoo’s staff with promises to provide funding to research, but in fact ends up transferring the zoo’s ownership to Sanderson, who receives the zoo as a birthday gift.

Sanderson, a teenager, despite being surprised and unhappy with the “gift”, decides to transform the Zoo into a well-suited business experience, a source of a lot of profit. Rather Iza, his sister, is a sensitive and intelligent girl who receives the position of business trainee, and participating inside the Zoo’s routine, gets close to the staff and to the customers becoming an important bridge between the two worlds.

With the purpose to present the experience from adults and children with animals, addressing basic concepts of zoology and information about the animal kingdom, and also peculiar behaviour and characteristics of different species, MUNDO CURIOZOO introduces new adventures, that lead to modern topics about the importance of the environmental preservation and ecology.
